These terms and conditions govern the use of ENT Aesthetics services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2.        Services

ENT Aesthetics offer a range of aesthetic treatments. All our services are subject to availability and may occasionally require an initial consultation prior to treatment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3.        Appointments

Appointments may be made by completing the enquiry form on the website, by sending an email to enquiries@ent-aesthetics.com or by booking a consultation by the online booking link. We take a 20% deposit for treatment appointments to secure the appointment and allow us to order in the products required for your treatment. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. It is the patient’s responsibility to arrive promptly to their appointment. Late arrivals may result in cancellation of the appointment and a cancellation fee. If you rearrange your appointment, we will transfer your deposit across to the next appointment.

4.        Medical Disclaimer

The treatments we provide at ENT Aesthetics are provided by a suitably trained medical professional, and whilst we strive to provide top-quality care, as discussed at the point of consultation, specific results are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be provided if your results do not meet expectations. Patients undergoing aesthetic procedures must be 18 years or over. Certain medical conditions or pregnancy may prohibit you from receiving certain treatments, which will be discussed at the time of your consultation. Aftercare instructions will be provided and are available on the website, and it is the patient’s responsibility to follow these after treatment.

5.        Complaints

If you wish to complain about your treatment at ENT Aesthetics, please get in contact promptly by email to discuss further. We will respond to all complaints within 28 days.

6.        Zero tolerance policy

The staff at our clinic deserve to be treated with respect. Physical/verbal abuse or inappropriate conduct is prohibited and will not be tolerated.

7.        Payments

Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, cash, Klarna payments and bank transfers. All payments must be made before leaving the consultation. Prices may be subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in market prices.

8.        Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with GDPR law. The company is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9.        Clinical Photography

Clinical photographs will be taken for monitoring, insurance, and legal purposes. Images may be used for marketing purposes, however explicit consent will be taken in this case and discussed with the patient prior to use.

10.  Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ENT Aesthetics or the providers of the content. It is protected by intellectual copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited. Stock photos are used in some areas and are from a paid subscription to Unsplash plus.

11.  Limitation of Liability

ENT Aesthetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our website and services. This includes any damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. We are also not liable for any damage that occurs as a result of patients not following the post-treatment advice provided or in failure to disclose medical conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
